We regret that we will need to have a planned water outage tomorrow, 4/13/2026, in order to make permanent repairs from damages sustained last week. In order to ensure you had water through the weekend, we reduced water pressure slightly until permanent repairs could be made Monday. Water service will be intermittent while repairs are made beginning at 9:30 am, after most residents have left for work or school. Repairs will take several hours and unfortunately, once completed, a Boil Water Notice will be required as a precaution and as required by TCEQ. Again, we will request expedited lab results from the testing facility and we will update you when we can rescind the notice.
We know everyone is frustrated, please see status posted on the website for a more complete picture of what is being done by the Operator and District to minimize impact from fiber optic contractor damages.
